The tonality of the photo is nice. The movement invites you in. That suggested diagonale and not imposed. As for the red umbrellas, looks like someone had a great marketing idea around that plazza.

I think the red umbrellas make a good contrast to the more subdued earthen hues of the pavement and buildings. I love the motion blur. Excellent framing.
